As the world confronts the impact of coronavirus, our thoughts are with all those that are part of the extended Matrix Frame family. While it will be some time before we know the full toll that COVID-19 will take on our health and our businesses, it is critical that we take care of each other now to ensure the health and safety of our families, friends, colleagues, and communities.
I’m reaching out today to provide a status report on the Matrix Frame USA operations during these difficult times, and the changes we are implementing in light of the coronavirus.
As of right now, it is business as usual at Matrix Frame. We have strong inventory levels and a full staff of employees ready and willing to do your work. If you have customers that are placing orders or wanting to place orders, but are concerned about whether or not the ship to destinations will be open for receiving their orders, we will be happy to store their completed work here until they are re-opened and ready to take delivery.
That being said, we have incorporated all of the suggested precautions to put the safety of our employees and customers first. We have started flex schedules and remote working for employees and job functions where it is practical. We have implemented precautionary measures such as the daily and rigorous disinfection of all high-touch surface areas, such as doorknobs, handles, our bathrooms and break rooms, to help mitigate the risk.
Although none of us know how long this will last, we hope that everyone will be back to work before we know it. In the meantime, please let me know if there is anything that we can do to help, as we are here for you.
